Niko Zhou serves as an impartial investigator for public and private organizations.
As an attorney investigator, Niko conducts impartial workplace investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations and other employee misconduct. Niko conducts investigations in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Prior to joining Ellis Investigations Law Corporation, Niko practiced civil litigation and conducted investigations into compliance issues. Niko also worked in the general counsel’s office at Keck Medicine of University of Southern California (USC), where he supported matters involving compliance, governance and healthcare operations.
Niko received his Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University. As well, he obtained a Technology and Entrepreneurship Law Certificate from USC Gould School of Law.
Niko is based in the Los Angeles area and conducts investigations throughout California.
