Our philosophical approach to investigations is driven by our ethical obligations as attorneys.

Our attorney investigators bring broad experience to the firm, with backgrounds in human resources management, in-house legal counsel, litigation and employment law advice and counsel. We provide excellent service to our clients within the scope of our representation as impartial investigators.

To help clients meet their obligations to take timely remedial action in response to concerns of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other misconduct, we conduct investigations promptly, enabling all parties to return their focus to work as soon as possible. We communicate regularly and always provide advance notice if changes in the time estimates are necessary.


Impartiality is key to ensuring that an investigation withstands scrutiny. We do not guarantee a specific outcome on any investigation and we maintain an arms-length relationship with our clients to maintain impartiality at every stage of an investigation.
