Marlene Benedict

Marlene Benedict conducts impartial workplace investigations in private and public sector organizations throughout California.

Marlene serves as an attorney investigator for sensitive and complex complaints in the workplace and on campus. She investigates a variety of misconduct and compliance issues, including those involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation and fraud. Prior to joining Ellis Investigations Law Corporation, Marlene worked at the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, conducting civil and criminal investigations involving retirement and healthcare benefits.

Marlene received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Marlene is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and conducts investigations throughout California.
