Kate Svinarich conducts impartial investigations for public and private employers across California.

As an attorney investigator, Kate uses her broad employment law experience to conduct thorough, impartial investigations. She is an experienced employment law attorney who has advised clients in a variety of industries and represented them at all stages of litigation. She has handled a broad range of matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability/reasonable accommodation and wage-hour cases. Kate appeared in state and federal court as well as in administrative proceedings.

Kate is an alumnus of the University of Colorado, Boulder (B.A.) and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D.).
