Kate Svinarich conducts impartial investigations for public and private employers across California.

As an attorney investigator, Kate uses her broad employment law experience to conduct thorough, impartial investigations in the workplace and on campus. Among other things, she investigates complaints of harassment, discrimination, fraud, retaliation and sexual misconduct. Kate is an experienced employment law attorney who has advised clients in a variety of industries and represented them at all stages of litigation. Prior to joining Ellis Investigations Law Corporation, she handled a broad range of matters including discrimination, disability accommodation and wage-hour cases. And, Kate appeared in state and federal court as well as in administrative proceedings.

Kate received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
