Leslie C. Valera conducts impartial investigations for private and public organizations throughout California.
Leslie serves as an impartial attorney investigator for workplace and on-campus issues. She investigates complaints of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and fraud, among other things. Before joining Ellis Investigations Law Corporation, Leslie practiced at a California employment law firm, advising and representing employers in litigation. Leslie analyzed issues involving discrimination, harassment, pregnancy and disability leave, whistleblower retaliation and wage and hour disputes.
Leslie earned her Juris Doctor from the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
She is based in Orange County and conducts investigations throughout California.
