Beverly Falco serves as an impartial investigator on a broad range of sensitive and complex complaints for both public and private sector organizations throughout California.
As an attorney investigator, Beverly investigates allegations of workplace and on-campus issues, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Prior to joining Ellis Investigations Law Corporation, Beverly worked at the University of California, Irvine’s Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, conducting investigations concerning allegations of sexual harassment, sexual violence, discrimination, harassment and retaliation involving students, staff, faculty and patients.
Beverly received her Juris Doctor from the Northeastern University School of Law, her bachelor’s degree from Chapman University and her associate’s degree from Fullerton College.
Beverly is based in Orange County and conducts investigations throughout California.
