Sachi Clements conducts impartial workplace investigations throughout California in the private and public sectors.
Sachi serves as an attorney investigator of sensitive matters, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, retaliation and fraud, in workplace and school settings. Prior to joining Ellis Investigations Law Corporation, Sachi served as an attorney author of the Witkin Treatise. As well, she advised employers on a wide variety of employment issues and represented them in litigation and administrative hearings. Additionally, Sachi has authored several articles and books on employment law for Nolo Press.
Sachi received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating with honors, and her bachelor’s degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
Sachi is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and conducts investigations throughout California.
